All fees are final, and we do not offer partial refunds for mid-billing-cycle cancellations.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes, claims, or regulatory issues relating to these services will be settled exclusively within the jurisdiction of courts in Nairobi, Kenya.
